Refund Policy & Warranties
In accordance with Directive 2019/2161 on consumer rights and applicable Spanish legislation, ARANOVA sets out the following refund, withdrawal, and warranty conditions for services provided through Aprendly.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting the service, without needing to justify your decision. For subscription services, the 14-day period starts from the date of the first payment.
1.2 How to Exercise
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may do so by email to info@aprendly.es, including your full name, account email, invoice number or order reference, and date of purchase. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 business hours.
1.3 Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including any delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive your request. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
1.4 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: services already fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right; supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent; or services customised specifically to your needs.
2. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
2.1 Duration and Coverage
Aprendly is covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for the duration of the service, with a maximum limit of 2 years from the date of contracting, in accordance with Article 19 of Directive 2019/2161. This guarantee extends throughout the entire contractual relationship, without exceeding 2 years from the initial contracting date. It covers that the service functions in accordance with its description and advertised features, is fit for ordinary use, and presents the quality and performance normally expected.
2.2 Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by: incorrect or negligent use; unauthorised modifications; issues arising from the user's own infrastructure or equipment; force majeure; or scheduled maintenance notified in advance.
2.3 How to Claim
Notify us within 2 months of detecting the problem by email to info@aprendly.es with a detailed description, steps to reproduce, and evidence. We will respond within 14 calendar days and offer repair, replacement, proportional price reduction, or contract termination as appropriate.
