Data Subject Rights Procedure

In accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, ARANOVA establishes the following procedure for data subjects to exercise their rights.

1. General Provisions

Requests must be sent by email to info@aprendly.es with the subject "GDPR Rights Request", including your full name, account email, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your ID document. We will respond within 1 month (extendable to 2 months for complex requests). Exercising these rights is free of charge. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

2. Specific Rights

2.1 Right of Access (Art. 15)

Obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and, if so, access it along with processing information. You will receive a copy of your personal data.

2.2 Right to Rectification (Art. 16)

Request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data. Rectification will be carried out without undue delay.

2.3 Right to Erasure (Art. 17)

Request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, processing is unlawful, or a legal obligation requires deletion. Limits: data needed for legal obligations (e.g., invoices for 5 years) or legal claims will be retained.

2.4 Right to Restriction (Art. 18)

Request restriction of processing while accuracy is verified, processing is unlawful, data is needed for legal claims, or an objection is being assessed.

2.5 Right to Portability (Art. 20)

Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON) and transmit it to another controller. Applies when processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.

2.6 Right to Object (Art. 21)

Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.

2.7 Automated Decision-Making (Art. 22)
